Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TCEAL1 (Transcription elongation factor A (SII) protein 3), also known as p21, SIIR, or pp21, belongs to the TFS-II family. These transcription elongation factors help release RNA polymerase II (Pol II) from transcriptional arrest by activating intrinsic RNA cleavage activity, allowing the polymerase to resume elongation.
TCEAL1 is a 157 amino acid nuclear protein expressed ubiquitously and may act through protein-protein interactions with other transcriptional regulators rather than direct DNA binding.
