Target Information
RPS6KA6 (RSK4) is a member of the RSK kinase family. These kinases are activated by ERKs and mitogens and contain two non-identical kinase domains. RSK4 encodes a serine-threonine protein kinase regulated by growth factors. It may differ from other RSK family members as studies suggest RSK4 is not growth factor dependent and may not participate in the same signaling pathways.
