For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RAB3IP is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that activates RAB8A and RAB8B by promoting GDP-GTP exchange. It regulates actin organization and polarized vesicle transport, contributing to apical membrane formation and lumenogenesis in cooperation with RAB11A, RAB8A, the exocyst complex, and other cellular factors.
