Target Information
T세포 수용체(TCR)는 MHC class II 분자가 제시하는 펩타이드 중 자가와 비자가를 구분하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 합니다. 자가 펩타이드 인식은 자가면역 질환과 관련 있으며, 변형된 자가 펩타이드는 종양과 연관될 수 있습니다.
세균 독소(superantigen)에 의한 TCR 교차 결합은 독성 쇼크 증후군을 유발할 수 있습니다.
류마티스 관절염(RA) 및 전신홍반루푸스(SLE) 환자에서 TCR V beta 영역에 대한 자가항체가 발견되었으며, 이는 TH1 매개 염증 반응을 차단하여 면역계의 보상적 조절 기전으로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
대부분의 인간 T세포는 TCR α-β와 CD4 또는 CD8을 발현하며, 일부는 두 분자 모두 결여된 double negative (DN) T세포입니다.
γ-δ T세포는 주로 상피조직에 존재하며, 항원 인식 방식이 α-β T세포와 다르고, 항종양 및 면역조절 활성을 보입니다.
