면역원은 인간 PEER 세포이며, 약 18 kDa의 분자량을 갖는 TCR Pan TCR gamma delta를 검출합니다.
Target Information
TCR gamma/delta (T-cell receptor gamma/delta)는 면역계의 특수한 T세포로, MHC class II 분자에 의해 제시된 펩타이드를 인식하여 자가와 비자가를 구별합니다.
자가 펩타이드 인식은 자가면역질환과 관련이 있으며, 변이된 펩타이드는 종양과 연관될 수 있습니다.
Superantigen에 의해 활성화된 TCR은 독성 쇼크 증후군의 원인이 되기도 합니다.
류머티즘 관절염(RA) 및 전신홍반루푸스(SLE) 환자에서 TCR에 대한 자가항체가 보고되었으며, 이는 염증성 자가반응을 억제하는 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
대부분의 인간 T세포는 TCR αβ를 발현하지만, γδ T세포는 주로 상피조직에 존재하며 항원 인식 방식이 다릅니다.
일부 γδ T세포 아형은 항종양 및 면역조절 활성을 보입니다.
