Target Information
ATP 의존성 칼슘 펌프는 세포질 내 자유 칼슘 농도를 낮게 유지하는 데 관여합니다. 세포 내 소기관에 존재하는 ATP 펌프는 구조적으로 관련된 효소군인 SERCA (sarcoplasmic or endoplasmic reticulum calcium) ATPases에 의해 암호화됩니다.
- SERCA1 gene: Type II (fast) skeletal muscle에만 발현
- SERCA2 gene: 조직 특이적 처리로 SERCA2a (slow skeletal, cardiac, smooth muscle) 및 SERCA2b (모든 세포) 형태 생성
- SERCA3 gene: 비근육 세포에서 발현되며 상대적으로 덜 특성화됨
