RNA/DNA/Protein Purification Plus Kit (Cat. 47700)

두 개의 컬럼(gDNA, RNA/Protein)을 사용하여 RNA, DNA, 단백질을 순차적으로 정제합니다.
단백질은 RNA 용출 후 동일 컬럼에서 정제되며, 추가 정제 없이 바로 분석에 사용 가능합니다.
단백질은 ELISA, Western blot, 질량분석 등 다양한 downstream 분석에 적합합니다.

RNA/DNA/Protein Purification Plus Kit Procedure

1. Cells, Tissues, Blood, Bacteria, Yeast, Plant/Fungi, etc.
   Lyse using Buffer SKP → SPIN → Bind DNA to gDNA Column → DNA / RNA·Protein
2. Wash → SPIN → Elute DNA → SPIN → gDNA
3. Flowthrough (RNA and Proteins) → Add Ethanol → Bind RNA to RNA/Protein Column → SPIN → Wash → SPIN → Elute RNA → SPIN → RNA
4. Flowthrough (Proteins) → Adjust pH → Bind Proteins to RNA/Protein Column → SPIN → Wash → SPIN → Elute and Neutralize Proteins → SPIN → Proteins

RNA/DNA/Protein Purification Plus Micro Kit (Cat. 51600)

소량 시료(LCM, 줄기세포, CTC 등)에서 RNA, DNA, 단백질을 30분 이내에 정제할 수 있습니다.
RNA와 DNA는 최소 20 µL, 단백질은 최소 50 µL로 용출 가능합니다.

1. Cells, Tissues, Blood, Bacteria, Yeast, Plant/Fungi, etc.
   Lyse using Buffer SKP → SPIN → Bind DNA to gDNA Column → DNA / RNA·Protein
2. Wash → SPIN → Elute DNA → SPIN → gDNA

• Lyse cells or tissue using Lysis Buffer Q
• Bind DNA to gDNA Plate

A. gDNA
SPIN → Wash → SPIN → Elute DNA → SPIN → gDNA

B. RNA
Collect flowthrough and add ethanol → Bind RNA to RNA/Protein Plate → SPIN → Wash → SPIN → Elute RNA → SPIN → RNA

C. Protein
Collect flowthrough and adjust pH → Bind Proteins to RNA/Protein Plate → SPIN → Wash → SPIN → Elute Proteins → SPIN → Proteins
