Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

GRIP-associated proteins (GRASPs) that bind to distinct PDZ domains within GRIP also regulate glutamate receptor function.
GRASP-1 is a neuronal rasGEF associated with GRIP and AMPA receptors in vivo.
Research suggests that GRASP-1 may regulate neuronal ras signaling and contribute to AMPA receptor distribution via NMDA receptor activity.
