Product Specific Information

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information

ZAP-70 is a cytosolic protein tyrosine kinase belonging to the Syk family. It is expressed exclusively in T-cells and natural killer cells and is essential for T-cell receptor activation.
Upon T-cell receptor engagement, ZAP70 is phosphorylated on tyrosines 292, 315, and 319.

  • Tyr315 (Vav binding site) and Tyr319 (Lck binding site) phosphorylation enhances ZAP70 function in lymphocyte signaling.
  • Tyr292 phosphorylation terminates transient activation and attenuates signaling.
