Recombinant rabbit Superclonal™ antibodies are unique offerings from Thermo Fisher Scientific. They comprise a selection of multiple different recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies with the specificity and consistency of monoclonal antibodies. These antibodies recognize multiple epitope sites on the target, providing higher detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets. Each lot is produced with a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, ensuring reproducibility and eliminating biological variability.

Target Information
KLF5 is a member of the Kruppel-like factor subfamily of zinc finger proteins. It contains three C2H2-type zinc fingers at the carboxyl-terminus that preferentially bind to GC-rich cis-DNA elements. KLF5 functions as a transcription activator that promotes cell proliferation and oncogenesis.
