Each lot is produced with a known mixture of light and heavy chains, ensuring reproducibility and eliminating biological variability typical of polyclonal antibodies.

Target Information
Histones are basic nuclear proteins responsible for the nucleosome structure of chromosomal fibers in eukaryotes. Nucleosomes contain approximately 146 bp of DNA wrapped around a histone octamer composed of pairs of H2A, H2B, H3, and H4.
Histones regulate transcription, DNA repair, replication, and chromosomal stability. H2B also exhibits broad antibacterial activity.
