Target Information
SIK1는 LKB1의 생리학적 효과(종양 억제 기능 포함)를 매개할 수 있으며, STRAD, NUAK1, NUAK2, BRSK1, BRSK2, QIK, QSK, SIK, MARK1–4, MELK 등 여러 단백질 신호 전달에 관여합니다. Thr322의 인산화에 의해 활성화되면 나트륨/칼륨 ATPase α-소단위의 촉매 활성이 증가하여 세포 내 나트륨 농도가 상승합니다.
SIK1은 세린/트레오닌 키나아제(STK) 도메인 서열 비교를 기반으로 한 8개 주요 그룹 중 하나로 분류됩니다. STE 그룹은 MAPK 계열(MAP2K, MAP3K, MAP4K)과 관련된 50개의 키나아제를 포함하며, 효모 MAPK 경로(예: 페로몬 반응 경로)에서 잘 연구되었습니다.
