Target Information

ULK2는 자가포식(autophagy)의 초기 단계에서 중요한 역할을 하는 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제입니다. Mammalian Atg13은 ULK2와 결합하여 FIP200과의 상호작용을 매개하며, ULK에 의해 FIP200이 인산화됩니다. ULK-Atg13-FIP200 복합체는 mTOR 신호에 의해 조절되는 자가포식의 주요 조절 인자입니다. 또한 yeast 2-hybrid 분석에서 ULK2의 C-말단이 SynGAP의 C-말단과 결합함이 확인되었습니다.
