Target Information
ULK2는 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제로, 영양 결핍 시 자가포식 초기 단계에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. Mammalian Atg13은 ULK2와 결합하여 FIP200과의 상호작용을 매개하며, ULK 복합체의 안정화 및 활성화를 돕습니다. ULK-Atg13-FIP200 복합체는 mTOR 신호에 의해 조절되며, 자가포식의 핵심 조절자로 작용합니다. 또한 ULK2의 C-말단은 SynGAP의 C-말단과 결합하여 신경 발달과 관련된 Ras 조절에 관여합니다.
