DYKDDDDK Tag recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody conjugated with HRP specifically recognizes the DYKDDDDK Tag at the C-terminus but not at the N-terminus of proteins.

Target Information

The DYKDDDDK tag (FLAG tag) is an eight–amino acid peptide (Asp-Tyr-Lys-Asp-Asp-Asp-Asp-Lys) widely used in molecular biology and biochemistry for protein purification, detection, and localization. It can be fused to either terminus of a protein, allowing easy identification and isolation using anti-FLAG antibodies.
The FLAG tag is more hydrophilic than many other epitope tags, minimizing the risk of protein denaturation or inactivation.
