B cell Lymphoma 3 (Bcl-3)는 IkB 서브패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, NF-kB 전사인자 패밀리의 일원입니다. 다양한 NF-kB 구성요소의 농도 균형은 활성화된 T세포의 세포사멸과 생존을 조절하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
Bcl-3는 p50 호모다이머의 세포질 활성화, 핵 내 전이, 전사 기구 조절 등 다양한 기능을 수행합니다. 또한 Tip60, Jab1, Bard1, Pirin 등 여러 핵 상호작용 단백질에 의해 그 활성이 조절됩니다.
