This AF3-12.1.3 monoclonal antibody reacts with the H-2Kk MHC class I alloantigen, which is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8. Reactivity to other haplotypes (e.g. b, f, j, k, p, q, r, s, u, and v) has not been observed.

Applications Reported: Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Recommended at ≤1 µg per test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Optimal titration is advised.

Fluorochrome Information:
eFluor® 450 is an alternative to Pacific Blue®, excited at 405 nm and emitting at 445 nm (Violet Laser). Ensure instrument compatibility.

Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
