Target Information
Neurabin I는 뇌 특이적 단백질로, F-actin 결합 도메인, PDZ 도메인, 막단백질 상호작용 도메인, 그리고 coiled-coil 영역을 포함합니다. 이 단백질은 F-actin, protein phosphatase 1, TGN38, p70 S6 kinase 등 다양한 단백질과 결합하며, 시냅스에 고농도로 존재합니다. 또한 신경 발달 과정에서 성장원추의 lamellipodia에 농축되어 있음이 보고되었습니다. Neurabin I는 시냅스로 다른 단백질을 표적화하거나 막단백질을 actin 세포골격에 연결하는 역할을 하는 브리징 단백질로 작용합니다.
