Target Information
SPRY2 유전자는 sprouty 단백질 계열에 속하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 수용체 티로신 키나아제 신호 단백질의 억제 활성에 필수적인 카르복시 말단 시스테인 풍부 도메인을 포함하며, 성장 인자 자극에 의해 세포막 돌기(ruffle membrane)로 이동합니다. 섬유아세포 성장 인자(FGF2)에 반응하여 일시적으로 발현되며, FGF2 신호 억제에 간접적으로 관여합니다. 또한 Cas-Br-M(마우스) 변형 서열과 상호작용하여 EGF 수용체/MAPK 신호 조절에 관여합니다. 폐 발달 과정에서 폐포 가지 형성에도 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
