For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain an antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

ATXN7L1 (ataxin-7-like protein 1) is an 833 amino acid protein containing one SCA7 domain.
The ATXN7L1 gene is conserved in chimpanzee, canine, mouse, rat, and chicken, and maps to human chromosome 7q22.3.
Chromosome 7 (~158 million bases) encodes over 1,000 genes, representing ~5% of the human genome.
It is associated with several conditions including osteogenesis imperfecta, Pendred syndrome, lissencephaly, citrullinemia, and Shwachman-Diamond syndrome.
Deletion of the q arm region is linked to Williams-Beuren syndrome, characterized by mild intellectual disability, friendliness, and distinct facial features.
