Product Specific Information
Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
This antibody is specific for human Cyclin L1a and shows negligible reactivity to Cyclin L1b or Cyclin L2 isoforms.
BLAST analysis suggests reactivity with human and chimpanzee based on 100% homology for the immunogen sequence.
Cross-reactivity with Cyclin L1a protein from dog, rat, mouse, and chicken is expected (87–96% homology).
Cross-reactivity with other homologues has not been determined.

FUS is implicated in liposarcoma, lipoma, leukemia, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
Disruption of its RNA-binding functions leads to mislocalization and neuronal pathologies.
Proper FUS regulation is essential for maintaining healthy cellular functions.
