Product Specific Information
This antibody detects recombinant mouse Testisin/Prss21 in direct ELISAs and Western blots.
In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Prss8 and Prss27 is observed.
Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.
Target Information
May regulate proteolytic events associated with testicular germ cell maturation.
