Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 9% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Plexin B2 is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Plexin B3 is observed.
- Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.
Target Information
Plexin-B2는 Semaphorin 수용체 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 신경 유도 신호의 유인 및 반발 작용에 관여하는 막 단백질 및 분비 단백질로 구성됩니다.
Plexin-B1은 단일 사슬 전구체에서 절단되어 이합체 수용체로 전환될 수 있는 막 단백질로 알려져 있으며, Sema4D/CD100과 결합하여 생쥐 배아의 축삭 발달에 관여합니다.
또한 Sema4D는 CD72와 상호작용하여 면역계에서도 역할을 수행합니다. Plexin-B2의 면역계 내 역할은 아직 명확히 규명되지 않았습니다.
