This PLK-1 monoclonal antibody recognizes human MARCO (SR-A6 or SCARA2).

Target Information
MARCO (SR-A6, SCARA2) is a macrophage surface receptor belonging to the class A scavenger receptor family. It binds both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria through the extracellular SRCR domain. MARCO forms trimeric structures via collagenous domains and plays a role in innate immune defense. Its expression in tumor-associated macrophages makes it a potential target for cancer immunotherapy.
