This antibody detects recombinant human RIAM/APBB1IP in direct ELISAs.
Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.
Target Information
RIAM appears to function in the signal transduction from Ras activation to actin cytoskeletal remodeling.
Suppresses insulin-induced promoter activities through AP1 and SRE.
Mediates Rap1-induced adhesion.
