- In direct ELISAs, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Desmocollin-3 is observed.
- Approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Desmocollin-1 and Desmocollin-2 is observed.
- Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.
Target Information
Desmosomes are cell-cell junctions present in epithelial, myocardial, and certain other cell types.
