Product Specific Information
- In sandwich ELISAs, less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human TAJ is observed.
- Less than 0.2% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse EDAR, CD27, Fas, RANK, TNF RI, and TNF RII.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
TROY can mediate activation of c-Jun and NF-kappa-B signaling pathways. It may promote caspase-independent cell death. Isoform 2 and isoform 3 may act as decoy receptors.
