Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues: Heat sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
PAX5는 paired box (PAX) 전사인자 패밀리의 구성원으로, 초기 발달 단계에서 중요한 조절자 역할을 합니다.
B세포 계통 특이적 활성 단백질(BSAP)로서, B세포 분화의 초기 단계에서 발현되며 후기 단계에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
또한 중추신경계(CNS)와 고환에서도 발현이 보고되어, B세포 분화뿐 아니라 신경 발달 및 정자형성에도 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
PAX5 유전자 변이는 백혈병 및 급성 림프모구성 백혈병과 관련이 있습니다.
