Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed):
Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

PAX5는 paired box (PAX) 전사 인자 패밀리의 구성원으로, 초기 발달 단계에서 중요한 조절 인자로 작용합니다.
이 단백질은 B세포 계열 특이 활성화 단백질(BSAP)로, B세포 분화의 초기 단계에서 발현되며 후기 단계에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
또한 PAX5는 중추신경계(CNS) 및 고환에서도 발현되어, 신경 발달과 정자 형성에도 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
유전자 변이는 백혈병 및 급성 림프모구성 백혈병과 연관될 수 있습니다.
