Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
FBXO21 encodes an F-box protein characterized by a 40 amino acid F-box motif.
These proteins form part of the SCF (SKP1-cullin-F-box) ubiquitin ligase complex involved in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination.
F-box proteins are classified into three types:
- Fbws: contain WD-40 domains
- Fbls: contain leucine-rich repeats
- Fbxs: contain various protein–protein interaction modules or no recognizable motifs
FBXO21 belongs to the Fbxs class. Alternative splicing generates two transcript variants.
