Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
DGKA encodes a member of the eukaryotic diacylglycerol kinase family. It modulates intracellular signaling by competing with protein kinase C for diacylglycerol, contributes to phosphatidylinositol resynthesis, and phosphorylates diacylglycerol to phosphatidic acid.
Alternative splicing produces four transcript variants encoding the same protein.
