Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The DGKA gene encodes a member of the eukaryotic diacylglycerol kinase family. It modulates intracellular signaling by competing with protein kinase C for diacylglycerol and plays a crucial role in resynthesizing phosphatidylinositols and converting diacylglycerol to phosphatidic acid.
Alternative splicing at this locus results in four transcript variants encoding the same protein.
