An easy to use two step kit that reduces melanin while preserving delicate tissue, cytologic detail, and antigens. Heavy melanin pigment in the cells can obscure cellular morphology and subsequently impair interpretation when using routine or special histochemical stains. The Melanin Bleach Kit enables the removal of melanin from tissue sections allowing for positive staining to be interpreted correctly. A two step kit that does not require mixing.
