이 항체는 Immunohistochemistry 및 Western blotting에서 성공적으로 사용되었으며, Western blotting, Flow cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Affinity purification에 적합합니다.
Caiman beta2-microglobulin의 비다형성(non-polymorphic) epitope과 반응합니다.
Note: 농도는 로트에 따라 0.85–1.15 mg/mL 사이에서 변동될 수 있습니다.
Target Information
Beta-2-microglobulin (B2M)은 MHC class I 복합체의 서브유닛으로 약 12–14 kDa 크기의 단백질입니다.
인간의 B2M은 HLA Class I 항원과 결합하여 림프구, 단핵구, 혈소판, 내피세포, 상피세포 등 다양한 세포에서 발현되며, 적혈구에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
자유형으로 혈장에도 존재하며, 면역글로불린의 상수영역과 유사한 아미노산 서열을 가지고 있습니다.
B2M은 항원 처리 및 제시에 관여하며, TCR 신호전달 및 CD8+ 세포의 하위 신호에도 역할을 합니다.
B2M 유전자는 염색체 15번에 위치하며, 돌연변이는 hypercatabolic hypoproteinemia를 유발할 수 있습니다.
또한 B2M 수치는 신장 이식 환자의 신장 기능 평가 및 HIV 감염 예후 지표로 활용될 수 있습니다.
