Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TRIB2는 Tribbles 단백질군의 구성원 중 하나로, 세린-트레오닌 키나아제와 유사한 Trb 도메인을 가지지만 활성 부위 라이신이 없어 촉매 기능은 결여되어 있습니다.
이 단백질은 다양한 생리적 및 병리적 과정에서 신호전달 경로의 활성 조절에 관여하며, 주로 조혈계 세포의 세포사멸을 유도합니다.
염증 자극에 의해 THP-1 세포에서 발현이 증가하며, 전사인자 C/EBPα를 불활성화시켜 급성 골수성 백혈병을 유발하는 온코진으로도 알려져 있습니다.
대체 스플라이싱된 전사 변이체도 보고된 바 있습니다.
