Specificity Comments:
INI-1 유전자는 hSWI/SNF 염색질 리모델링 복합체의 구성 요소를 암호화하며, 악성 rhabdoid tumor(MRT)에서 종종 변이 또는 결실이 발생합니다. INI-1의 두 가지 isoform은 RNA splicing에 의해 생성될 수 있습니다. MRT는 medulloblastoma 및 sPNETs와 감별 진단이 어려울 수 있으며, anti-INI-1에 의해 핵 내 표지가 결여되는 것이 MRT의 특징입니다. 대부분의 medulloblastoma 및 sPNETs는 anti-INI-1에 의해 표지됩니다. MRT는 신장 및 연조직에서도 기원할 수 있습니다.
Target Information
SWI-SNF 복합체는 ATP 의존적 핵심 단백질 재배열을 통해 전사 활성화를 조절합니다. Brm(SNF2α)과 Brg-1(SNF2β)은 ATPase 서브유닛으로, Ini1(SNF5), BAF155(SRG3), BAF170과 함께 기능적 핵심을 형성합니다. Ini1, BAF155, BAF170의 추가는 Brg-1의 리모델링 활성을 증가시킵니다. hSNF2L과 hSNF2H는 Drosophila ISWI의 상동체로, SWI/SNF 외의 복합체(NURF 등)에서도 발견됩니다.
