Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The APOM gene encodes an apolipoprotein belonging to the lipocalin protein family. It is mainly associated with high-density lipoproteins (HDL) and, to a lesser extent, with low-density lipoproteins (LDL) and triglyceride-rich lipoproteins.
The protein is secreted through the plasma membrane but remains membrane-bound, participating in lipid transport. Two transcript variants exist, though only one isoform has been fully characterized.
