Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey (100%); Bat, Bovine, Pig (89%); Marmoset, Dog, Panda, Horse, Rabbit (83%).

For IHC(P), use heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

GPR174 (G protein-coupled receptor 174), also known as FKSG79, is a 333 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein that belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family and is thought to function as a receptor for G protein-coupled purines.
