Target Information
TRPM2는 나트륨, 칼륨, 칼슘 이온 채널을 포함하는 이온 수송 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다. 이 패밀리의 단백질은 6개의 막관통 나선 구조를 가지며, 마지막 두 나선이 이온 선택성을 결정하는 루프를 둘러싸고 있습니다. TRPM2는 산화 스트레스에 의해 활성화되며 세포 사멸 감수성을 부여합니다. 또한 자유 세포내 ADP-ribose에 의해 조절되는 칼슘 투과성 양이온 채널입니다. TRPM2 유전자의 여러 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이가 보고되었으나, 그들의 완전한 길이는 아직 알려져 있지 않습니다.
