Mouse anti-Human IP-10 antibody, clone 4D5는 인간 C-X-C motif chemokine 10(IP-10, CXCL10, Small-inducible cytokine B10)을 인식합니다.
IP-10은 98개의 아미노산으로 구성된 약 10 kDa 크기의 CXC 케모카인으로, 인터페론 감마에 의해 유도됩니다(P02778).
Target Information
IP-10(interferon-gamma induced protein 10 kD; mouse에서는 cytokine responsive gene 2, Crg-2, 또는 mob-1로도 불림)은 CXC 케모카인 슈퍼패밀리에 속하는 고유도 1차 반응 유전자입니다.
1985년에 처음 클로닝되었으며, 생물학적 기능은 아직 완전히 규명되지 않았습니다.
IP-10은 neutrophil에 대한 활성이 없으며, monocyte, NK세포, T세포의 이동 자극, T세포 및 골수 전구세포의 성숙 조절, 부착 분자 발현 조절, 혈관신생 억제 등의 기능을 가집니다.
Mig와 IP-10은 동일한 수용체 CXCR3을 공유합니다.
