Cross-reactivity occurs with human, rat, and mouse CAND1/TIP120A.
Cross-reactivity with CAND2 from other sources is not known.
Target Information
CAND2 may play a role in the assembly of ubiquitin ligase complexes and modulate the ubiquitination of target proteins.
It may also act as a transcription regulator.
