For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Syntaxins are a family of proteins involved in the fusion of synaptic vesicles with the plasma membrane. They exhibit broad tissue distribution and contain carboxy-terminal hydrophobic domains that guide them to specific intracellular compartments.
Syntaxin 18 localizes primarily to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and plays a role in ER-to-Golgi transport and ER-mediated phagocytosis, potentially regulating fusion between the ER and plasma or phagosomal membranes.
