Target Information

JunB, a member of the Jun cellular oncogene family, is a basic region, leucine zipper transcription factor. It is involved in regulating gene activity following the primary growth factor response. JunB binds to the DNA sequence 5-TGA\[CG\]TCA-3. Cellular oncogenes play critical roles in cellular communication pathways that regulate growth, development, and differentiation.
