Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CEP55 plays a role in mitotic exit and cytokinesis. It recruits PDCD6IP and TSG101 to the midbody during cytokinesis and is required for its successful completion.
It is not involved in microtubule nucleation and contributes to brain and kidney development.
