Specificity: MJ7/18 binds specifically to mouse CD105.
Target Information
CD105 (Endoglin) is a Type I transmembrane protein highly expressed on human vascular endothelial cells. It forms an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer. Endoglin expression is upregulated in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, making it a proliferation-associated endothelial marker. CD105 binds TGF beta 1 and 3 with high affinity but not TGF beta 2.
