Target Information
The p130Cas (Crk-associated substrate) is a cellular target of phosphorylation signals via v-Crk and v-Src oncoproteins.
It contains an SH3 domain followed by multiple YXXP motifs and a proline-rich region.
p130Cas is involved in various biological processes including:

- Growth factor stimulation
- Cytokine receptor engagement
- Bacterial infection
