Target Information

OTUD7B acts as a negative regulator of the non-canonical NF-kappa-B pathway through deubiquitination of TRAF3, preventing its degradation and overactivation of B-cell responses.
It also regulates T cell receptor (TCR) signaling by deubiquitinating ZAP70, influencing T cell homeostasis and cytokine production (IFNG, IL2).
Additionally, OTUD7B deubiquitinates EGFR and exhibits activity toward Lys-11, Lys-48, and Lys-63-linked polyubiquitin chains, hydrolyzing both linear and branched forms.
