Target Information

OTUD7B is a negative regulator of the non-canonical NF-κB pathway. It mediates the deubiquitination of TRAF3, preventing its degradation and controlling B-cell responses. It also regulates T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling by deubiquitinating ZAP70, influencing T-cell homeostasis and cytokine production (IFNG, IL2).
Additionally, OTUD7B mediates deubiquitination of EGFR and acts on Lys-11, Lys-48, and Lys-63-linked polyubiquitin chains, with higher catalytic activity toward Lys-11 linkages.
