Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are conserved pattern-recognition molecules that mediate antimicrobial responses. They recognize microbial products and link innate and adaptive immunity. TLRs activate kinases and transcription factors through adaptor molecules such as TOLLIP, MyD88, and TRIF.
TOLLIP associates with TLR2 and TLR4, acting as an inhibitor to TLR activation and limiting proinflammatory mediator production during infection and inflammation.
