Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Centrosomal protein of 68 kDa (CEP68) is encoded by the CEP68 gene located on chromosome 2.
CEP68 is required for centrosome cohesion and decorates fibers emanating from the proximal ends of centrioles.
CEP68 and rootletin depend on each other for centriole association, and both require CEP250 for their function.
